Sometimes you just want some pasta and steak, am I right?

Well, this was one of those times. And it didn’t dissapoint

I love eating at European restaurants around TP just because more often than not you get presented with some nice bread, and in this case – served with some delicious olive oil!

So I didn’t take any pictures of the menu as it is all in English, but let me tell you this – it’s like word porn.

Tagliatelle with duck meat ragu
$450

Yes, yes I would like as much parmegianno as you can possibly shave on top of my pasta, please.

The tagliatelle was served al dente (win) and even though the portion size looks to come in slightly on the small side, it was remarkably filling.

The duck sauce was deliciously rich, and I would absolutely 100% order this again.

Grilled rib eye
$980/12oz, $1500/16oz

Confession time: I came here wanting the Fiorentina T-bone steak, but didn’t realise that I had to pre-book this. I was sad, but not so sad when I saw this incredible hunk of meat land on my table.

The steak was cooked perfectly medium rare. It was succulent, juicy, deliciously meaty, and delicately seasoned. Get this, and thank me afterwards.
