The interesting thing here, is that you can choose between exclusively lean (\u7626\u8089 sh\u00f2u r\u00f2u), exclusively fatty (\u80a5\u8089 f\u00e9i r\u00f2u) or a mix of both fatty and lean (\u7d9c\u5408 z\u00f2ng h\u00e9)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/eatingintaipei.com\/staging\/5148\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/dsc015831.jpg?ssl=1\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-10760\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>If this doesn&#8217;t look good to you, then please leave now&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/eatingintaipei.com\/staging\/5148\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/dsc015942.jpg?ssl=1\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-10767\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>I&#8217;ll be honest, getting a picture of this was difficult before I essentially inhaled it. The pork is just moreishly rich, and pairs wonderfully with the peanut powder and fresh coriander. All encased in this fluffy steamed bun, and it&#8217;s an absolute winner!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/eatingintaipei.com\/staging\/5148\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/dsc015802.jpg?ssl=1\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-10768\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Make sure you get a bowl of soup. I highly recommend the corn and pork soup.
