What&#8217;s not to love?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/eatingintaipei.com\/staging\/5148\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/pxl_20200912_055659748.jpg?ssl=1\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-12398\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">So you&#8217;re talking as low as $30 for a small bowl of these vermicelli noodles, but if you&#8217;re wanting a bowl to include oysters, pork and some offal, then you&#8217;re looking at $55 for a small bowl and $70 for a big bowl. I&#8217;d highly recommend you to order the last of the 2 options.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What I ordered:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong>Mixed bowl of vermicelli noodles with oysters, pork and offal<br><\/strong>\u7d9c\u5408\u9eb5\u7dda z\u00f2ng h\u00e9 mi\u00e0n xi\u00e0n<br>$55<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/eatingintaipei.com\/staging\/5148\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/pxl_20200912_055750207-1.jpg?ssl=1\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-12401\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong>Oysters<\/strong> &#8211; great<br><strong>Offal <\/strong>&#8211; an aquired taste, but some chewy goodness<br><strong>Pork <\/strong>&#8211; unusual addition, but delightful<br><strong>Overall <\/strong>&#8211; Excellent value, filling lunch<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/eatingintaipei.com\/staging\/5148\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/pxl_20200912_055655252.jpg?ssl=1\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-12403\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">They even teach you what toppings to add in, and in what amounts, to make the noodles taste even better. For the recommended dose, go for:<br><em>1 dash of vinegar<br>1 dash of garlic paste<br>2 dashes of chilli oil<\/em><br><br>However, I went for <em>2 dashes of vinegar <\/em>and<em> 1 of the chilli oil<\/em> and I felt that this <strong>balance <\/strong>was more suitable than what they suggested (I tried both, don&#8217;t worry, I was happy to nail 2 bowls).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/eatingintaipei.com\/staging\/5148\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/pxl_20200912_060041151.jpg?ssl=1\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-12396\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/eatingintaipei.com\/staging\/5148\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/pxl_20200912_055758100.jpg?ssl=1\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-12397\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">I was surprised at how big the oysters were.
