It might be the noodles, it might be the meat to noodle ratio, it might be the insanely good tomatoey broth, or it may just be every damned thing in the bowl.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/eatingintaipei.com\/staging\/5148\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/44127.jpg?ssl=1\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-12488\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">So from top left down, you have the Pho area, dry noodle area, Ban Mih area, assorted cold side dish area and then the drinks area bottom left. From the top right you have the rice area, Chef&#8217;s recommendation area, soup area, and finally the assorted hot dish area.<br><br>I actually really like the way the menu is set out. I think it&#8217;s easy to follow and there&#8217;s just enough on there to have a great selection for just about anybody wanting to get some good pho-noodz (or rice).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-heading\">Chicken and tomato Pho<br>\u8d8a\u5357\u756a\u8304\u96de\u8089 yu\u00e8 n\u00e1n f\u0101n qi\u00e9 j\u012b r\u00f2u<br>$130<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/eatingintaipei.com\/staging\/5148\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/1_44126.jpg?ssl=1\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-12489\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">I would say it would be a tragedy to come here the first time and not get this dish. The staple of the restaurant and just ultimate delicious healthiness in a bowl.<br><br>First you&#8217;re going to get slapped in the face with tomato flavour, then carrot, then a deep richness from a long, <strong>slow-cooked broth<\/strong>. The pork looks <strong>dryyyyy<\/strong>, right? <strong>It wasn&#8217;t.<\/strong> I was gutted when it was put infront of me, but it was remarkably juicy.<br><br>You know what&#8217;s even better? dunking it in that spicy <strong>chilli oil<\/strong> they have right there on the table &#8211; winner!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/eatingintaipei.com\/staging\/5148\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/44123.jpg?ssl=1\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-12493\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">I am not a huge noodle fan, but I did quite enjoy these.
