I understand that not everyone has the same taste in food. And the slimey, chewy, scalding hot savoury soup dumplings just aren&#8217;t for me at all. Now, that isn&#8217;t to say that aren&#8217;t without merit at all, the filling and soup inside the filling are both really tasty. But, the rest is just not for me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-css-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-heading\">\u6e6f\u5713\u991b\u98e9 Savoury soup dumplings with wantons in soup $55<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">So we know how I feel about the savoury soup dumplings, and to be honest, the wantons weren&#8217;t all that much better. They were better, but not by a whole lot. I would seriously just pass on these two dishes&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-css-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-heading\">\u7122\u8089\u98ef Braised pork belly over rice $55<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong>The best dish by far<\/strong> was this <em><strong>braised belly pork<\/strong><\/em> over rice. The delicate flavour of pork was just awesome all around. I have said that I will try and come back here quite regularly, just for this. And that&#8217;s a big statement, as there are <a href=\"https:\/\/eatingintaipei.com\/staging\/5148\/?s=belly+pork\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">plenty of other really great places<\/a> dotted around the city where I like to get my <a href=\"https:\/\/eatingintaipei.com\/staging\/5148\/?s=belly+pork\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">belly pork<\/a> on. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-css-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-heading\">\u71d9\u9752\u83dc Boiled veg $35<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">Yeh, it&#8217;s boiled veg, isn&#8217;t it? Nothing specil, but good for digestion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-heading\">So, bottom line is, this place isn&#8217;t going to win any awards on top restauraunts in Taipei.
