Here we have a good selection of fresh nigiri (fish on rice), with a nice amount of ginger and also wasabi paste.<\/div>\n

Mashed potato mixed with cheese and deep fried until amazingly crispy with very little grease. Dip this in the above tomato vinegar sauce and you will be content for hours, if not days.<\/div>\n

Actually, I am not 100% sure why I ordered the shrimp head Miso. I guess I was feeling more adventurous… Some people like to suck the shrimp head and eat the brain etc, therefore this time, I gave it a go, too. Taste wise, it was just OK. Once you get over the initial thought of sucking out the shrimp brain, you will get a strong tomato flavour mixed with a delicate fish flavour. I won’t rush back for it, but I would try it again if it was put in front of me.<\/div>\n

I apologise for the quality of this picture: I just couldn’t wait much longer. Behind is the uni as a base ingredient, in front is how it is presented as a sushi roll: delicious, fresh, creamy, crunchy and very tasty, indeed.<\/div>\n

It is also presented very well with finely sliced Daikon radish, seaweed, lemon slices and wasabi.<\/div>\n

Overall, I really enjoyed my meal here. I have to say that the caterpillar was a personal favourite for me as I haven’t had a sushi roll with cheese inside it before, nor a sushi roll topped with salmon! The atmosphere is lively and busy inside the restaurant and, overall, I think the food is wonderfully fresh and of a high quality.<\/div>\n
