It’s been a minute, but I’m back in it. I had the pleasure of living in England when we went into full-blown lockdown. I had the pleasure of living in a quarantine hotel for 2 weeks going out of my mind with boredom. And then, most recently, we all had the pleasure of Tier 3 COVID restrictions in Taiwan. But, alas, the end is nigh!
I received my 2nd vaccination last night, and I am chomping at the proverbial bit to get out there eating around Taipei, and further afield. Let’s face it, Taipei has an incredible selection of restaurants you can take-out from, and they invariably satiate to a certain degree. But, give me some DinTaiFeng dumplings in one of those paper boxes, and It’s just all soggy and rubbery by the time it arrives home. I mean, nobody wants that, do they?
Hit me up in the comments below, or on my Instagram page, or on my Facebook page with where I should be going out and around Taipei. As always, I have pins saved on Maps, but it isn’t the same as local insider knowledge of what’s hot right now.
