It's been quite a journey so far 👨‍🍳 Here are some recent pictures of the sourdough bread I made using rye flour, white flour, and my year-old starter. If this experience has taught me anything, it's to respect breadmaking as an art form. The bakeries around Taipei that produce delicious sourdough bread should be respected and championed for doing so.
