Incredible roast is a Cantonese restaurant and is one of those places that when you walk by you can’t help but take a second glance back at. Like many Cantonese chop shops, they offer up that yummy pork done in a few different ways – braised and roasted in a sticky red sauce the cut finely, belly pork cooked until succulent and then roasted on top to give it that incredible crackling of the fat. They also do some tender chicken and wonderfully fatty, flavourful duck.
